A Chicago man has been arrested and charged with stealing credit cards from lockers at area health clubs and using the cards to make purchases.
Nicholas Soteras, 42, is charged in Brown County Court with four misdemeanor counts of credit card theft and four felony counts of using those cards to obtain money. Brown County investigators have been working on the case since October, when they got a photograph of Soteras from video surveillance.
